The North Carolina Chapter will be hosting the 2012 Southern Officers Conference  (Thursday, July 26th through Sunday, July 29th) at the Embassy Suites, 5400 John Q. Hammons Dr. NW, Concord NC.

Early Registration Fee $99 – Postmarked by November 1, 2011 Early registration postmarked by November 1st will be entered into a drawing for $100 gift certificate November 1, 2011 until March 1, 2012 fee is $115.00

The room rate is $115. Be sure to mention that you are with the NAPUS/SOC when making your reservations. The number is 1-704-455-8200. The room block will be held until June 26th, 2012. Check-in time is 3:00 and check-out is 12:00. The hotel offers full cooked to order breakfast, a spacious 2 room suite with a separate living room and nightly manager’s reception.

There are over 100 area restaurants; Concord Mills shopping outlet; several family attractions including Great Wolf Lodge, Carowinds, the Billy Graham Library, White Water Rafting and minutes from Charlotte.
